With a background in project and operations management in Zambia’s electronic tolling sector, Klein brings hands-on leadership and a deep understanding of how transport systems interact with financial performance, compliance, and service delivery. His work has facilitated major integrations in tolling and fuel systems, driving millions in additional revenue for stakeholders. At Week42, Klein sets the strategic vision and ensures Axlerod meets the highest standards of reliability and value creation.

A seasoned engineer with a strong record in mobile and backend architecture, Nosiku leads the development of Axlerod’s core systems. From end-to-end e-fuel systems to AI integrations and machine learning, his work on real-time data platforms and high-availability infrastructure powers the critical operations our clients depend on.
